Processing Time:

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from time of order (does not include weekends or holidays).

Shipping Rates:

All shipping is free.  There are no additional charges for shipping. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Shipment confirmation and order tracking information will automatically be sent to you when you place an order.

Taxes:

We are required by law to collect sales tax and/or CRV (California Redemption Value) on the purchase of certain products. 

Damages:

If your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on how to request a refund.

When does my order ship?

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible in order to provide our valued customers with fast order turnaround time and timely tracking information.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from time of order (does not include weekends or holidays). Orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will ship by Tuesday.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays).  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Due to significantly higher costs we only offer Ground service. At this time Ground carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO's or FPO's.

In the rare instance an order was received for an out of stock item and we do not believe we can get it to you within our standard delivery timeframe we will notify you. 

Can I return an online purchase?

We do not accept returns, but we do offer refunds in certain circumstances.  Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
